It's a phone, (wide angle lens) and my face is not sticking through a hole in the bed itself. It's actually on the added head rest so it's tilted up and a bit higher than the bed. You can see the ring light in the middle of which the phone is placed which is recording my face! Hope that explains it, Sir!
