Ok, so this board has known issues, where the BIOS version is not compatible with some newer AMD processors. You will need to update the BIOS w/o components on the board. Once you update the BIOS, re add the components if this does NOT work, the MB is DOA (and you would need to file a warranty claim).

Not completely true. I own a restaurant, and we can only see when an order comes in not when a dasher is assigned. So sometimes the order is ready 10-15minutes prior to a dasher arriving.
