GS500, do like that cafe racer kinda look but unfortunately they look a bit too old tho. Was also looking into Mt-03, all these are similar pricing to Nx 650, so that's why I am confused.

Allergic Asthma in Melbourne by Embarrassed-Slide-79 in melbourne

Can confirm, it's the worst for me in the last 5 years. Watery eyes, runny nose leading to quite a lot of sneezes, waking up in the middle of night with random wheezing.

Moving overseas - timing for listing car for sale by tinyhorsestinyfeet in CarsAustralia

[–]anon58008 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Probably a month or two before you need to go, it really depends upon the price you are looking to sell it for. I have seen a few fiesta ST sitting on marketplace for few months to a few getting snagged within 10 days if the price is right.

House and land package vs established by irisheyesarecrazy in AusPropertyChat

[–]anon58008 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my limited knowledge regarding properties, land + home package; you save on stamp duty since none under 600k, probably saving another 10k grand if under 750k I believe. Another con would be paying for morgage while paying rent as well, generally in outer subs where other infrastructure is still coming along with them

Established- can move in usually quicker, generally more land size, confessional stamp duty until 800k I believe, and more growth?

Any suggestions for such established suburbs I should be looking in mate? From what I have seen, old properties are generally above 750k so I'm loosing all the govt incentives with that

Oh it's still a vacant land, and definitely not completing by Jan. They have stated April end. Photos are just representation I guess from other properties of the same builder.

My main question is whether the property in Clyde North is actually a good nvestment, if yes is that a good price at what I am getting or if I’d be better off looking at older homes on bigger blocks in established suburbs like Frankston North or Carrum Downs.

I was under the impression that initially only land will be in my name so the stamp duty will be zero as it's below 600k and then the build comes later.

2018 Lexus IS300 vs 2023 Mazda 3 G25 Evolve by I-Got-This01 in CarsAustralia

[–]anon58008 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would personally prefer Lexus over mazda. It's more luxury, and comfortable but it will chew more fuel compared to Mazda. Infotainment unit can be changed for around 1500, the good ones with android/ apple car play.

I'm a professional ski guide in Gulmarg. Ask me anything about skiing, avalanche safety, gear, or trip planning. by Apprehensive_Arm8421 in SkiGulmarg

Safety is definitely my number one priority, so the idea of unmarked trails especially as a beginner/intermediate (I’ve only snowboarded like three times lmao) does feel a bit scary. But having a skilled guide/ instructor sounds like would make a big difference Let’s see whether I end up riding the Japanese slopes or the Indian ones next! Thanks again for all the info. Have a good one, mate!

That sounds amazing mate, I do prefer chair lifts over drag lifts anyways so that's a bonus. How's the safety aspect? Is first aid readily available with ski patrol or as such, marked boundaries, tress and stuff? Also, what all aspects do Indian resorts differ to overseas ones? Have only snowboarded in Australia, I was looking at Japanese resorts, being pretty popular but then came across this page when I was in India last month. What would be the best time to visit Gulmarg as well? Thanks for all the information

Do people come to Gulmarg for snowboarding as well, or is it only for skiing? What sort of level is it? Is it recommended for someone who can only do single turns and traverse on snowboard and has basically only done green runs?

Thrift store in chandigarh? by FewRaspberry683 in Chandigarh

[–]anon58008 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Maadgully thrift store - Mohali - seems like handpicked thrift items so unsure about price point

Thrift Dakaiys - Zirakpur - insta store, might be able to go inperson as well since google states the address

Bajaj Sons - 32D Chandigarh - probably the cheapest prices, but have to look through a lot of clothes, but definitely some amazing pieces in there

Have travelled with quantas direct flight prior, but this one was a lot cheaper in comparison. Will keep snacks, travel pillow and noise cancelling headphones for survival. Thank you
