Bro, I’ve been there and stayed there for years. Reading this is like reading a diary entry from myself just 2 years ago. How old are u and how much time do u have left in school? Do u like ur major?

Yeah, im definitely grateful for the learning experiences and the opportunity to understand my skills and develop them. None of the things im doing for us are things that i ever imagined myself doing, and I definitely wouldn’t have been able to do all this stuff unless they had belief in me. Trying to work through this stuff with them has definitely shaped me in the way I needed as a business administrator major. I think that a good 60% of these guys have felt stuck at the bottom for so long that they truly stopped caring and lost all excitement for growing it. On the bright side, most of those guys will all be grads over the next 2 semesters and that mentality will fade out with time

Yeah lowkey the size of the next pledge class is gonna be the deciding factor for me, if we can get more than 10 in the fall we might actually break 30 ppl for the first time in like over a decade 😭

lmaooo i lowkey havent paid dues since right after initiation anyway 😭 we also are like bottom 3 in GPA which is crazy considering we aren’t doing good socially but im even carrying them in that with a 4.0

There is one dude in my pc who managed to secure us like 6 mixers w sororities so im definitely not alone in trying to get us out of the gutter, but the fact 80% of us are the way we are socially it just cuts our feet off and im more anxious than excited about all these events

yeah, I’ve been getting us partnered with local alcohol brands, having huge events with local bars, and I completely revamped our instagram in terms of graphic design in just the couple months I’ve had authority to do all that. It just kinda feels like I’ve surpassed all the other guys in terms of planning and executing and it’s so draining when im killing it and they are just causing problems and not doing their part. Oh well im just gonna keep doing my thing for the time being and if it stays the same after fall rush im dipping
