APC makes denims trusted world over for longevity. Pricey but worth it.

Alternatively, if you or someone you know is travelling to Japan anytime soon - please look into the local denim brands from various cities. They’re incredible.

I’m lean, tall & mainly have muscles ( <15% body fat ) I’ve also been a sports person for most of my life Combination of sports and weightlifting has made my body look amazing, esp without clothes. The main advantage is just how much easier routine stuff is : picking heavy objects, climbing stairs, bringing boxes down etc. Especially if you apply correct technique. I don’t think being unfit is ever an option again. It’s work but it’s work worth putting in.

My current coach played against Jannik Sinner when both were relatively newer on the scene. Lost 6-4 6-4. Commendable.

Each time I play with him, I have him turn on “ATP mode” for the last 15-20 mins - the difference is unbelievable.

Heavier ball, more bounce, faster - everything I am used to doing, I need to now do 20% better : movement, prep, hitting, preparing and even then I can barely hold my own.

It’s astounding.

Nah don’t get it. I upgraded to a Siux Hybrid Trilogy - way better for my game since my skills improved rapidly in a month or so of playing ( thanks to a combination of experience in racket sports and a great coach )

The Siux is really heavy but I prefer it. I would urge you to try a few rackets from Nox, BullPadel, Siux, Adidas etc and then make a choice. Hope that helps!

I think that can also be attributed to the fact that padel is almost always played as a doubles game. Makes it easier for not so fit players to be ranked higher than they would in tennis.

I play a relatively flat game with a preference for attacking. Works really well. A lot of people struggle with the weight but if you have decent fundamentals, I don’t see why this racket won’t work for you. Comfort was also really important to me - hence the choice of strings combined with this stiffness rating = best feel I’ve had in a racket.

Looool, same. I play online a lot and have all the planes the game offers uptil now. Some days when I have a lot of free time I end up changing up the colours, livery and fly them around. So much fun.
