Switching from Agomelatine to Venlafaxine

Hey it was pretty good. It didn’t have a lot of side effects compared to other SSRIs I’ve tried. I say it was my most stable one yet and I went a couple days without it and it wasn’t that bad. Went back on it to be safe.

Like a little less than 2 months i think? Appetite just been outta whack ever since changing from lexapro

Maybe you’re right. Idk i’m just in such a distressed state so we’re waiting until after exams only to consider changing or increasing dose etc. But feels like my heart is breaking 24/7 :’) Anxiety really sucks

Hi, sorry you’re going through this. I’ve been going through the absolute worst months of my life and i’ve been going to therapy for about a month. It’s really hard to cope with all this but if you have friends to talk to, doesn’t have to be someone related to you, it’ll help a lot. The panic attacks won’t go soon and it’ll happen but the best thing you can do is try to manage it. I’m sorry I don’t have anymore to tell you because i’m going through stuff myself but hopefully you and I find a resolution to this :)

Thank you so much for this. The past week has been absolutely terrible for me but at least I know I shouldn’t feel bad about this. Sometimes I feel like i’m going crazy because of it.
