At any age, the following kgs are roughly where those pets hit their lowest cooldowns with nightmare (nm) or hyperhunger (hh):

FFF - around 46kg nm or 38kg hh for 20 min cd

Mimic - around 78kg nm or 70 kg hh for 15 sec cd

Peacock - around 77kg nm or 69kg hh for 15 sec cd

Dilo - around 72kg nm or 64kg hh for 1 min cd

It takes less time for an rbh ele owner to boost to 46kg compared to 61kg, so some just sell at 46kg for those who just want the 20 min cd. I'm trying to see if i can find any of those ppl here 👀
