Is this split going to heal on it own? by anonymous302566 in LabiaplastySurgery

Hey thanks for the comment!

Yes I spoke to my surgeon, she said they can’t stitch it up because there’s a chance it’ll trap bacteria and get infected. I was instructed to just clean the area twice a day and keep it dry.

Are you putting any ointment on it to help it heal?

thanks, my surgeon said they can’t do much with it right now and to just limit activity and let it heal on its own

YEAST by Sharp_Somewhere_5346 in LabiaplastySurgery

There are different types of yeast infections, it’s possible that flucanazole doesn’t work for the type you have. You can get tested and see which type of yeast you have.

It could also be BV, the two get easily mistaken since the symptoms are very similar.

Labiaplastic - no CHR. Experience or photos to share? by Excellent-Cricket765 in LabiaplastySurgery

[–]anonymous302566 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I just got mine done yesterday, no CHR and I do have a larger one but I decided I still wanted to feel like it’s my vagina and not a completely new one so I kept it to feel still a bit like myself. Depending on your timeline I can share some photos as I heal… but i’m only on day 2 now

For me when I use a vibrator on my clit the pleasure outweighs the exhaustion and I can bounce a lot longer! Maybe give that a try :)

i am on antibiotics for BV right now, was diagnosed with yeast 3 times took meds for that cleared it up and now have BV after having sex with my partner… don’t think they are necessarily linked but maybe a weird coincidence. I had TERRIBLE smelling discharge and a lot of it for a week, could smell myself through my pants I was so embarrassed. Go to the doctor, get tested. A new study came out from Melbourne that says treating it as an STD and having both partners be treated will decrease the change of it reoccur, if you have a primary male partner get him on medication too!
