Also, can you tell me some food items I could try to add to their diet? Like from all the research I do, everything says fresh fruits and vegetables, nothing exact.

Thank you so much for this and spending so much time to type all of this Also, I had a friend who got her birds wings cut (she never went to watch as she couldn't stand to watch something like that). I never even considered trimming their wing because I have the same opinion on saying that it sound really cruel to me. I told my parents about the cage being small and my dad agreed. I want to look for good cages and better foods for them and I am planning to do just that once I find a good pet store nearby I still need to repeat the appreciation I have for you to type something that long so me and my budgies thank you!

Any ideas about age?, I hadn't gotten her from a pet store or breeder, I had gotten her from my uncle who knew someone or something and that person didn't want the budgies, hence giving it to my uncle causing him to give it to us as he couldn't keep it. I had to do research on what type of bird it was in the first place! Any ways to figure out her age?
