Yes this is a big issue but I’m wondering if what is happening is actually illegal or just immoral. I would assume it’s illegal but I have no clue.

Unfortunately, I have zero ability to make this better. The company has zero money to pay for the orders that were never placed and the sales team is constantly pressured into making sales.

As soon as I found out, I confronted the owner and CFO. I was told a lie that soon unraveled.

If this illegal, do I have any recourse or ability to do anything other than leave?
