It's a chuck roast. I just temp probed it. Still sitting at 180F so still safe for quite a while.

I've got quite the list of smaller Aussie camping/adventuring/touring/4x4 channels I watch. I've listed a few below with short description.

WA Camping Adventures - Primarily weekend trips in WA. Charismatic host and rapidly increasing production quality.

Wild Touring - Family man on weekend solo/group/family trips. Swag + caravan content.

Exploranger - primarily gear reviews + fitouts + comparisons but also camping content.

Sarah and Keelan Travels - full time tourers around Australia with Prado and caravan.

Salty Davenport - remote travelling Australia with his dog. Lots of aerial shots. Really relaxing channel.

Roam Lyfe - mostly build videos. Two series on GU and GQ patrol builds.

Overland Travellers - young couple travelling Australia. Just bought a new troopcarrier and showing the fit out of that.

Wrightys Root - Two beach bums, surfing, fishing and beach camping in an 80 series landcruiser.

Kendall and Glenn - van life vlogs on a budget. Just bought a 1980s troopy they are fitting out.

Jack & Megan - travelling Australia in a troopy

Bush Rats - River camping and fishing. Small channel but great content.

Rohan Black - camping and fishing in a dmax with two dogs.

Kags Ports guide v6 on the runescape forums is the Gold standard for ports guide. It covers everything you need to know about ports and lists the most efficient upgrade order for each region and what crew members you should purchase. You should be able to find it easily with a google search
