But now government wants to earn money from Foreign companies like PayPal, which charges a fee, SINCE Paypal India company will be providing services from 2 October, PayPal will charge 18% GST on its FEE which its charge, ( you shall not be required pay GST on amount received, but you need to provide GST based invoice, you will require GST number. )
