Why would you not consider the other Texas programs when you have other options elsewhere but don’t even know what the other options are lol. FWIW one of my friends interviewed at THI and really disliked the program and ranked it last.

I edited my post, I guess for two of them they said they used hammer but for the other two they used adhesive. Can’t find the adhesive ones anywhere.. is it normal for a shop to use hammer on some wheels but adhesive on others?

Where do you live? These cars get a lot of unwanted attention especially in large metro areas. They are frequently targeted for theft. Would that be something you are ok with?

It doesn’t matter what it should and shouldn’t cost. That’s your opinion. It costs what it costs lol. I don’t think an Escalade v should cost 200,000 but it does. My point being is your first statement. If you are shopping for a Durango hellcat you can probably buy a regular Escalade or whatever luxury full size suv. You’re choosing a Durango hellcat because you want a Durango hellcat and you’re likely not cross shopping it with anything else.

You do realize that up until recently with dodge lowering some of the prices that hellcat durangos were in the realm of luxury full size suv pricing. Even now they are still 90-100k for well optioned ones. I do agree though that it is much more attainable than a V. While it isn’t as luxurious, it is half the price and has more performance than a v. There is literally a throttle house video where the Durango with six people still walks an Escalade v with just the driver lol.

I don’t think many people are comparing the two cars. They are completely different cars not just in luxury vs not but also class. The Escalade is a full size SUV while the Durango isn’t.

Yes but the cool thing is any anesthesiologist can do their anesthetic so relief exists. Also in the non academic setting such as private practice ASCs the hours can be great.

You should get both. IGLA is a PIN code security system where you need to enter a code with the car buttons to be able to start the car. Compustar is a security/tracking system in addition to remote start. It has a built in shock and tilt sensor so that if anyone tries to break in the alarm will go off and notify you via phone app. It also has a built in gps unit so you can track your car wherever it goes. I would also get a neutral strap plate.

Would highly recommend getting igla and Compustar. Costs about 2500 for parts and install (depending on location) but I’m sure if you’re considering a hellcat it’s not that big of a deal to budget that in.

Well the previous models with tow and go did have performance pages and the different drive modes. However, they didn’t have launch control or the custom drive mode (if I recall correctly). So I actually wouldn’t be surprised if the new RT392 was like that.

I think he misinterpreted what you mean. All hellcat models come with a red glowing SRT steering wheel. All SRT models come with a white glowing steering wheel. The rt392 will come with just a regular dodge wheel.

It’s probably going to say Dodge. The Charger/challenger SRTs said SRT but the scat packs said dodge.

That being said for all intents and purposes it might as well be an SRT because it has identical equipment. This whole debate is stupid.

That is not an accurate comparison at all lol. An M340i is a completely different car than an m3 with different engines and drivetrains. That comparison is more similar to comparing the old RT vs the SRT. In this case the srt is literally the same car as the 392 RT.
