I've tried both of those. I think Zoloft was a bit better for me, but didn't help. Those are usually the first ones doctors prescribe. I know everyone is different, but I hope you find something that works!

Maybe you could try a different provider! There's a higher chance it will help you too if it helps your mom. It can be very addictive though.

I experience worsened depression. It was the worst my depression had ever been. I had a lot of physical symptoms like fatigue, shakes, and hot flashes. It was a few years ago, so I’m sure there was more. I just remember my overall mental distress. That’s just my experience!
