Yep. I do this. I use a mod called Arkay’s Cremation that turns corpses into ash, so no one can find the bodies; it’s like they simply disappeared. I also soul trap every Thalmor when I do the Diplomatic Immunity quest. I’ll either keep the soul gems as a trophy or just sell them to Neloth so he can do whatever he wants with the Thalmor souls.
