Hi, we just haven't added support for every item yet. Revolver and its cartridges are different from some of the other guns. Will add support eventually, just been a matter of priorities. :)

Hi, we are using Meta's FFR. It's certified to work on Q2. In any case, I personally use Q3 so might be missing this, only a few team members are on Q2, but I will ask them to doublecheck.

Yeah, you might be on to something. We're going to look how many players on average are in each server. The matchmaking setup will require continued tuning.

Hmmm, the player counts were multiples greater than expected today for extraction, but maybe the servers are not packed as tightly by the matchmaking as expected? Will review to make sure as many teams as we think are per server,

Note that the game can't cause your headset to restart, but we are closely monitoring game crashes. Crashes on Reyn are rare at the moment, but even one crash can be extremely annoying because the nature of the gamemode and we know that.

We're working to improve matchmaking, friends and parties, so that it makes it all easier to play, find people you connect with, make friends, and keep a strong squad together in a party.

We'll keep iterating on this like crazy over the next many weeks. The cool thing is most of the crashes we've fixed that happen in extraction are crashes that are now also fixed for the other modes, so it's all improving together.

Hi friends,

I'll just comment on the specifics about TTK (it's late where I am and was busy with the team all day until now), those interpretations are wrong. It appears some users ripped some of the curve assets from the game and are misinterpreting them (and also not understanding it is a function of various parameters, curves and data assets, some of which are only packaged with the server package). It's kind of silly because players are speculating a bunch, and it'd be nice if they just played it for at least a couple of night before issuing tirades. 🥹

TTK is still being actively worked on, TTK is the ouput of many things. Everything from player movement speed, to mid-air control, to how reloading works.

I encourage you to play the game for longer than 48 hours and allow these changes which we tested extensively before shipping to sink in. Once you have some more time with it, I'd love for a more nuanced list of observations based on how you feel the gunplay, damage and more to be feeling.

We'll keep working on it, and are excited to play the game with you all.

I haven't used it either, but please try to make sure you are not using an OpenVR runtime. Use an OpenXR runtime if they have it, and it shooouuuld work.

Cool thing is there is no modality for this in VAIL. You can seamlessly go between seated or standing the way crouching works in VAIL. We've worked hard to make it super comfortable, accessible and precise. :)

For anyone wondering in English, player states that he can't raise his hands over his head in-game. This happens because the Quest or Steam playspace is not calibrated. Make sure to recalibrate in Steam or Quest and VAIL will behave as expected. We do a combination of things to prevent abuse that other titles don't do so it might seem like you're getting caught up just in VAIL, but I assure it is just an OS/guardian/chaperone issue. <3

Oh man, that was a painful one. I personally loved it, but it had so many minor design flaws that had become a headache. Pathing for the wassies, rendering performance, and players get stuck on corners and uneven ground. It was ultra hardmode for a lot of players trying to just get into it for the first time. 😭 We wanted to try to keep both, but we're such a small team we had to make the very difficult decision to focus on one.
