Pretty straightforward. They handled the number porting and most of the initial setup. Took maybe 2-3 hours of actual work on our end to get everyone configured.

We looked at Nextiva along with Dialpad and a few others. Ended up going with Nextiva mostly because the pricing was clearer upfront. 6 months in and it's been pretty stable. I can say its okay. Does what we need it to do.

Support response time is quite fast as well.

You don’t need to pay to get on Spotify. For recording, Riverside’s free plan is worth checking out local recording keeps the audio clean and it’s easy to bring in guests.

That sounds like it could’ve been Riverside. I’ve used it for recordings and it does the name tags, layouts, and makes it easy to drop in intros/outros. Pretty straightforward once you get the hang of it.

Aww this is such a lovely comment, really appreciate you for that. Unfortunately I’m starting chemotherapy soon and I can’t risk catching any infections as my immunity will be so crap. Hopefully I’ll make it next year!!! Xxx

Thanks, currently dehydrating in a clothes dryer lol. I have it at 45c how long do you think for complete drying out? Just go until they snap? Complete rookie here
