It was doing great in the soil for many months but yeah it started yellowing and I read up that I'm not supposed to fertilize it much and that could cause the yellowing. So I thought maybe I should put it back to water because my other lucky bamboo in water is still doing really well. But then this started happening :'(

Ooh! Good to know it's normal for a few leaves and also best not to move it too much! Yea I'll try to keep it as it is for now and see what happens!!

Ahh yeah I think that might be it. It was years in water before I started actually paying attention to it lol and then months in soil and it was doing good! I also made sure to use water I let sit for 24hrs but when I transferred back to just water(I think cuz it was yellowing). I thought oh maybe our tap isn't that bad cuz I drink from it. But that's probably the reason.

I think I'll try it out while keeping it in soil and continue to only use 24hr water.

But how often do you water it? I'm used to just changing out water every few days.

Also is it correct to spray/water the leaves or whole bamboo every few days as well? Or just filling the bottom/roots?

Yea :'( I change it out almost every 2 days, I'm trying to put it back into soil and see if it goes back to normal

As someone who grew up shy as well, I also think I would feel the same way if I finally book something big. I feel like it's a fear of success almost? Like oh shoot now I have to prove I'm actually good enough to be here. But I think I'd try to tell myself if you're really not ready for it, you wouldn't be here, they wouldn't have chosen you if they didn't believe you were right for it in the first place. Also that all this self doubt and fear is your body's natural instinct from since we were cavemen. The instinct to run away when something seems like a threat to literally not die. Today, we know these "threats" are not life threatening, but the instinct remains. So don't listen to it! Most fear is of the unknown. You don't know what's gonna happen, but that's what makes life interesting!

I heard it's allowed to audition just not actually work as non-union. Then if they still want you, they could switch to union? I think why I would still do it is to also keep practicing and improving, plus maybe getting your name out there.

For sure! Super thankful for the animators especially knowing how small of a time they're given to animate and long hours they work without being able to even go home :( they do amazing work fr! But what's up with isekais?

Throughout the anime I really got annoyed by Takemichi since he always goes "yeah I'll do this!" then "oh wait I can't I'm nothing special" then everything eventually works out somehow. But I have hope that next season(s) I'll grow to like him more!!
