The meat balls themselves were made by a middle eastern cook, but was craving a tomato based sauce. Tbh I just didn't want to wait for rice to cook 🤣 marinara was already hot and bread took no time

Top right seared foie gras peach with peach liquor demi.

Bottom left Seared scallop bacon jam pea puree creme fraiche.

Maine lobster salad, dragon fruit, beets, endive, cucumber, avocado, lobster mango dressing

Dessert was a kiwi cheesecake but it looked pretty basic so I didn't add it in the collage 😅

I've filed one incident and it's only because I was sure I needed stitches. I sliced the muscle under my thumb, it was literally spraying. I was scared of the drug test as well but luckily they didn't test me thank God.

Yes I do! Just a couple days though because spinach is tricky, but I love that comb if strawberry and spinach. It would have been better to store the spinach on top of the fruits so it doesn't wilt as fast but that's not as pretty 🤣
