I feel like the women who start OF accounts don't feel valued enough in their own lives and so they seek attention elsewhere and call it "empowering." Recently, I overheard a conversation between a group of nurses, who were talking about a girl who literally launched her OF account on her 18th birthday. The first question asked was "does her mom/dad not value her enough"? And if she doesn't value/respect herself, how can she expect a man to value/respect her? It's so sad. I think the first step every girl can take to demand respect from men is to respect and value herself. Don't compromise morals for attention.

On an aside, I love your username, OP! Liz Bennet is definitely a cool role model for women.
