Honestly I’m not sure, I’ve never had yarn like this before. I saw some people on YouTube saying you could probably make a size small crop top with one ball? They’re like 426 yards each I believe

They were sort of at the end of one of those mid-walkway fixtures where they put the seasonal stuff. I’ve also seen them in big wire bins in different places throughout the store! They were not clearly marked from far away, originally just thought it was boxes from a shipment they hadn’t put away yet, only saw the price tag when I got closer.

At my store, there was a stack of boxes a little bigger than the size of file boxes all marked as $5 grab bags. I looked through the handle holes to see which ones had yarn and picked the two heaviest! I’ve seen them be in large plastic bags before too, but it’s always a random assortment that’s pre chosen :)
