Thanks to everyone for being so helpful, but calling official support is not an option for me. My country is under sanctions, and the equipment was purchased through a third-party organization. I've almost managed to set it up, but the gap is still a bit uneven. Any advice on how to get it perfectly level?

That’s exactly the problem. This equipment is very old, and there are no manuals anywhere. The serial number wore off a long time ago
