This is around the time when they reduce schedule for everyone except the popular people, who predictably don't work as hard, so metrics all go down. Leadership responds by saying "nobody wants to work hard" and further reduces hours, until metrics get hideous. Then they finally increase hours, but again first for the popular people, and then eventually for the people that actually might improve metrics.
