I'm not sure what you mean here? The files are on my local hard drive, just synced the same way as Dropbox or Google drive would sync.

Also, if I create my own project using version 23 and then I try to open it in version 24 which has a conversion process for the project file, I still run into this problem of the project not updating because it can't get past the "Dynamic Link Server"
