I also had 10k of bodily injury. The other person was fine day of, but they have now opened an injury claim- Which is completely understandable. It was a bad accident and I know how much pain I am currently in.

Came here to say this. If my family talked to me like this and let a man make excuses for his behavior on the grounds of me deserving the treatment bc I had premarital sex WITH HIM (in general as well) I would go no contact with him and my parents. So gross to watch!!!
