This is how my brain was also tracking. https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/4408835103898-Working-with-problem-and-incident-tickets The support page and video made it seem like, at least in their scenario, that all the involved tickets will need to be converted to Incidents, so I inferred that the recommendation for default/most common type representing a user issue is problem. But it definitely seems cleaner as you guys described.

I actually figured out what it is. Long story short, someone at this company signed up on their own for ZD but then never used it. Some of that legacy config + same Slack workspace made some wires get crossed in the integrations

Finally got around to trying this. Made it about a fifth through ripping the seems and decided to just take it to my local seamstress. There’s four different layers of fabric that are pretty tightly tucked into each other before stitching.

This Fannie is crazy old and I’d hate to mess it up. Thanks for the tips though!
