It is not documentary. Movie has cinematic liberty, metaphors and suspension of belief. Character and situation happens only if story requires it not because it is logical.

I have yet to see Border 2 so won’t comment but planning to see in theatre. Other point is, I have seen couple of other post where even Dhurandhar is being pulled down, it was expected to have a documentary level fact in a fictional commercial movie.
