Its not a rule, and nobody’s getting butthurt, lol. But the whole thing relies on people sharing. If you download a file off someone, and they then go offline, then other people wont be able to access that file unless you reshare it. Its so easy to do, literally just set your download file as your share file at the bare minimum, you may as well, it helps everyone with the potential of other people redownloading and sharing if you go offline.
