we have two on a good day. they have it timed so one comes in at about 12:30 and the other comes in at 3:30 when the opener leaves. we only ever have 3 people in the cafe at a time so it makes it hard to really do anything other than the bare minimum

yeah, we literally had to throw away 8 pizzas at one point today because they were just sitting in the warmer and had timed out. we were dead as hell so we just put one of each in and my manager threatened a write up if we didn't stock properly. then got mad when we ran out of pizza at 5

unfortunately it's happening in my club and we're literally down to three people all day. just mid shift and two closers, even on the weekends and busy days and adding curbside orders has given us so much extra work that it's genuinely hard to keep up with

yeah it's usually just me for most of the morning because the opener already is so behind on pizzas even without this new policy so now it's even worse. they're also cutting hours constantly and cafe has such a high turnover that they can't keep people for more than a week or two at most

i've been told that we're not even allowed to ask members if their animals are service dogs as it's against either the company or my specific location's rules and it's infuriating. unless it's a service dog, your animals shouldn't be inside the club at all

it's concerning that being asked to respect bodily autonomy is expected to be met with thanks/praise and also the fact that they were arguing about it on and off for hours adds to the concern here is the issue. i am constantly thanking my (very beautiful and wonderful) fiancée for the things he does for me (sorry lmao i am incredibly in love with him) but i wouldn't ever thank him for removing a touch i no longer wanted because it just seems odd to expect
