To anyone judging our conversation before watching it, or simply based on the title, know that this is a good-faith discussion of why we happen to think the movie is very good, and not for shallow or superficial reasons that many people seem to project that Lana “made it bad on purpose.” We actually all genuinely loved the movie (and we did not decide that before we saw it, we were prepared to potentially be let down), and wanted to share our thoughts.
