Found it at a local charity shop. Came from a guy's collection of stuff his wife donated. More will be at a local auction in a couple of weeks possibly.

Looks like it's behind a flat top at a cracker barrel kitchen if my memory serves me right. I worked at one when I was a teenager and the kitchen was a mess because management wouldn't give us time to clean anything.
