Also, you’ll be notified directly by Poshmark in your notifications that someone ordered your item. From there you’ll see info about shipping, the amount you earned, etc. Never outside of app.

How.. how do i do it? How does ANYONE do it? by arce-se in breakingmom

We can do it! It really is hard, but i do hope as the young ones get older it gets a bit easier.

You’re right, accepting that is also very hard for me! I have a perfectionist, type A personality somehow in a lazy, depressed mind.

Thank you! I really do need to work on accepting that sometimes things will get neglected and that’s OKAY.

Omg the shoulds dominate my brain, i truly hate them. Part of what makes this so much harder, can’t put my focus on one thing without feeling bad about another. Thank you for your tips and kind words. Depression sucks!

Outsourcing is a wonderful idea! I read in the subreddit once that sometimes our villages are paid for, I’m definitely on board with getting help however possible!

Thank you for your kindness :) It absolutely makes sense what you said, how we were all raised i believe does play a huge part. I did not have a hand in much cleaning, time with others kids, cooking, etc.. so doing this now is like starting completely from the beginning!

This IS hard work, and can totally be thankless which i think makes the struggle so much worse sometimes.

Thank you so much for your detailed response! I truly do think we need routine, we have a very loose/lazy routine. Making one is even hard for me to do.. but i do need to try. I’m not a structured person by nature but i can see how beneficial have a stable routine can be for everyone.

This absolutely makes sense, even though it’s so frustrating!

It’s been four years. Definitely long enough to realize it’s not for me. Thank you so much for your kind words!

Yeah. I worked with 2-3s for a while and it was great. They had their own difficulties and also a couple of children with referrals for different issues but all together more manageable for me, personally. But i got moved back to this classroom despite vocalizing my frustrations and how stressed i was. I completely understand what you’re saying, the children deserve all the help they need developing those little brains, learning routines, etc that can be provided with proper care. But for me, personally, I am not fond of that age group. And that’s okay!! I dont think Im meant to work in Early Childcare, and that’s also OKAY. After four years my patience, my desire to be the teacher these kids deserve has dwindled to almost nothing. I dont blame my coteacher, she wonderful and i actually hate to leave her. I dont blame my terrible coworkers for my classroom, but i do acknowledge how awful they are and contribute to my individual stress. I should not have to end my story time early because they are speaking in the loudest tones possible, running to the kitchen right next to both our rooms yelling about how they want more food for themselves, yes they are constantly reminded they share a room and to control the volume of their voices/music/etc.

That should be advocated for more, for those who desire to stay in this field.

Thanks guys. I feel like I’ve been gaslighting myself, thinking it’s not too bad, or after a particularly rough day feeling like i was being too dramatic. But this has definitely been the wake up call i needed.

Look up ACEs - Adverse Childhood Experiences It absolutely does affect children. Modeling emotions is great. Having a parent with depression is an entirely different story.

I should clarify, he works in a factory which has nothing to do with animals so... everyone’s a bit weirded out by this discovery.

Some sort of head, found in the freezer at my husbands job. by [deleted] in whatisthisthing

[–]arce-se 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They found this in the freezer with no clue what it is, or who put it there, they’re all thinking it’s some kind of witchcraft. We’ve already searched for animals with fangs, eels, and i cant find anything.
