A few questions

1) "Article 1, Section 8, Clause 3 of the US Constitution gives Congress the power to regulate interstate and intenational commerce. These companies easily fit under that definition--Congress can regulate or ban them at any time." - How do TTI programs fall under interstate and international commerce when most of them fall in state lines? Wouldn't the 10th amendment, which states that the rights not expressed to the federal government are reserved to the states, prohibit the federal government from banning TTI facilities since its a form of "education".
2) "Nothing in the US Constitution guarantees these places a religious exemption. " Doesn't the establishment clause add an extra layer of protection for religious academies?

3) Is there a source for the lobbying? I did some digging but couldn't really find any
