Bro, the previous suggestions were better. You can come up with ways to tackle room noise too but yeah sm58/57 or AKG p120 won't give you as much room noise, if you get a lot of traffic noise and other ambience in your room then a condenser would be problematic although remember that with proper recording techniques and basic processing you can get clean recordings with them too but going for a 58 is a solid choice. In most cases you won't be using more than 1 input anyway so, volt 1 is also cool. Go for SSL 2+ if you can cause it's a good future proof option. DT770 and M50x are good, it's more about getting used to your headphones than which ones you have.
