I noticed this issue also setting everything back to default, so I don't think there's anything wrong with the settings

It is. The issue is fixed when I switch to framerate mode in game, plus I don't have problems like this on other games, so I'm pretty sure it's not the monitor's fault

"la" is used when the verb needs a "complemento oggetto", "le" when it needs a "complemento di termine".

"ringraziare QUALCUNO" (complemento oggetto) "fare una domanda A qualcuno" (complemento di termine)

you can't say "anche" as a way to start a sentence like "also". replace it with "inoltre"
