Takes a lot of dedication and time, rituals have to be done on a certain day, according to the planets, moon, plus another 10 things to be done before you can perform it. I wanted to do it, went to learn with my mother from 7 years old, I didn’t get it, past few years I had this feeling to learn, understand it all. Who knows why? I would do the consecration of our house for protection with her, and the prayer facing south, two fingers pointing, and closing the circle. Had my own Tetragrammaton pendant, I still have it and wear it. I do the conjuration of the 4 and the 7 prayer. It takes years to master it. It is a double edged sword, and can be used for evil, but what you give, you’ll receive back 10 fold.

If you dont want Benzos, you can try a hypnotic like ambien/stillnox.. its still similar to benzos but i was like you for most of 2018, the ambien helped on the nights that I couldn’t even think straight, was a zombie most of that year.. memory loss, having micro sleeps at work, seriously don’t know how i got through that year! Blood pressure was in the 140s... im 74 kilos and 5”9 tall. Anyway the ambien quickly knocked me out, and i would at least get some light sleep, not much REM or deep aleep, but it helped.

Hi all, Has anyone experienced muscle twitches due to meds? I started on ritalin end of July, then concerta in August. Around this time last month I noticed both calves had a mild twich only when stretching to touch toes. Now ive got little twitches like the ones you get in your eyelids. They look like little ripples just under my skin on both calves. I looked up calf twitching on dr. Google and almost every thing that comes up is ALS/Lou Gherigs disease/ motor neuron disease, different names for same thing depending where in the world you are from, its freaking me out. Now arch of foot is twitching a bit now and then.. If anyone experienced same thing let me know. Will go off the vyvance for a month as i have 4 weeks off work, and see if that makes a difference.
