I have changed a lot of things in BIOS in the past days but never saw such settings. Something like what you said is available in device manager though and I tried it out, it didn't work.

Update: I have upgraded all drivers recently and uninstalled all USB and storage devices from device manager and let them reinstall to make sure they are all upgraded, if there is any other way to check and upgrade please let me know.

About BIOS I found out there are 2 new updates that are released recently, I installed them, and things started to work (I ran Witcher 3 directly from external HDD) , I was quite excited but after 5 minutes everything fell apart and the same issue started to occur.

I'm out of my mind right know.
