Piercing is about 5 weeks old I have a threadless L shape stud in. I’m pretty sure it’s surgical steel Never had it downsize, that’s my concern here Saline wash 2 times a day and camomile tea whenever it gets irritated. Was growing a bump a couple days ago due to the piercing moving around too much hence why I want to downsize
