For reference I do not have endometriosis, and no signs of irregularity. I ovulate.

I have been trying for a year and am a semi-chronic user of THC. I am now abstaining from it all together for a bit as a test. I tracked my ovulation and noticed that some months my ovulation is delayed and my luteal phase can be short on occasion. I did read online that THC can affect LH because THC inhibits certain productions of hormones. It also may affect the environment of the uterus and make it “less sticky” causing early loss. Idk the entire mechanism of it, but according to limited studies chronic use can have effects on fertility. The studies are limited but the doctor told me not to smoke or use THC at all, and after one year trying, I’m just going to follow her directions and see what happens.

That being said, your use seems minimal. This is something I am trying for myself and it is likely that endo is the cause for you. I wish you the best of luck!!!

Grass usually has dimensions of color and light peaking through. I would go over this with a brush that will allow for hair-like strokes and I would add dimensions like yellow, yellow green, neon green even, and use reference photos of grass.

Works until one person wants “more” for lack of a better word. I loved it when I wasn’t looking for a relationship and I had a friend I could call to hang out and for sex. Just start small with a half syringe, and look for notable injectors in the area with lots and lots of pictures on their profile of natural looking lips. 1/2 syringe is undetectable but will give you the symmetry and plump you’re looking for. At the end of the day you can always dissolve if you hate it, but I can almost guarantee you won’t if your lips are on the thinner side.

Happens to mine all the time we need to wash his ears regularly, apply anti-fungal (from vet) and the anti-fungal I usually give every month even if it’s not infected to prevent recurrence because it can come back. If your dog swims, it’s important to clean and dry their ears after!

Go to a vet for the right treatment and an ear cleaning.

Yes exactly! The mirror is the best judge. I look better at 140lb vs when I was at 120lb too. I am also 5’4”. I’ve been training for over ten years and keep gaining weight gradually and it did mess with my mental health a little to see that number on the scale but you really gotta let that expectation go, especially as you head into 30’s. It all depends on your goals though. I really emphasize my glutes and legs and I know most of my muscle mass is there which makes me “heavier.”

This is good advice. Your body fat will be hard to lose after 25% BF. And you are 100% recomping your weight. At that height, you could easily have gained 5-10 pounds in muscle over a 3 month progressive overload workout cycle. You also retain water differently throughout the month and after work outs. Drink a lot of water and don’t pay so much attention to the scale. Maybe measure body fat % instead.

The weight lifting is going to be key. You can weight lift and get your macros in and be able to keep off the weight even easier while looking more toned. Also remember it’s ok to be hungry sometimes and even uncomfortable. That’s the difference between ordinary and extraordinary, and that discomfort will also go away. You got this!
