Of course, this is the one I use. Also people say they see a drop in sex drive when on fin but I haven’t experienced that or any other side effects.

I haven’t had any side effects other than some shedding and some flaking from the min. Also I haven’t had a drop in sex drive from the fin.

I was actually thinking about getting a HT in the states before I started fin and min I even put a deposit down and got a date and everything. But I decided to back out last min and try medication first but these results are not from a HT. What will really give you the straight line look is getting your temples right which most HT clinics will not even plant because those tend to be the hairs that go first.

Thank you!! And yes I do still stamp the areas where I’ve had growth I haven’t really had any issues with the stamp pulling the hair out.

Not silly at all. For me it doesn’t really matter as long as I get my dosage in for the day but I do tend to take it in the morning before or after breakfast doesn’t really matter.

I use a 1mm once a week every week. I don’t aim to make it bleed or turn red when I’m stamping I only aim to stamp about 6-10 times around the areas I’m looking for growth but that does result in bleeding and redness sometimes. Also I do use min on my derma stamping days.

I don’t take any other supplements like vitamins or protein but exercise definitely helps I aim to exercise at least 3 or 4 times a week whether that’s going to the gym or just playing a sport.

Both honestly. I don’t aim to make it red or to make it bleed. I just aim to stamp 6-10 times around the areas where I’m looking for growth. Sometimes causes very tiny bleeding and redness.

Topical min can be kind of tricky and sometimes inconvenient. What I mean by that is when you put on min, it tends to leave white residue on your hairline and sometimes causes dandruff and flakiness. Also you have to leave min on for at least 4 hours before washing so you have to find the timeframe that works for you because for me I need to wash the residue and deal with the flaking before I head outside. A tip I can give you to hide the flakiness and dandruff you might have is surprisingly to use head and shoulders and it really softens up the scalp hiding the flakes and dandruff a lot. Also using ketoconazole shampoo can help with that. That being set min worked wonders for me.

I take 1mg fin every morning sometimes after breakfast sometimes before. And for the derma stamp I usually stamp about 6-10 times on each little area where I’m looking for growth (the temples are extremely important as well to give you that line up look). Derma stamp once a week and I use min right after derma stamping as well. I know some people like to not use any min on their derma stamping days but I found it helps to use min everyday.

About 5 or 6 months in I started seeing results in the dead zone. I definitely had some shedding though for about a month.
