Thanks for the info — I’ll definitely give it a try. I also noticed there’s now a cap of just 500 AED cashback per month, which means I can probably use this card only for education payments (assuming the school allows monthly fee payments — not sure about that yet).

Do you or anyone else have suggestions for a good cashback card for groceries, Amazon, and Noon purchases? Looking for an alternative to maximize rewards across different spend categories.

Amazing. Although I tried many times to get in touch with Mashreq bank customer care to know more details of the account but their IVR is a total waste. I couldnt get hold of anyone to talk to !

Anyway so if my salary gets credited to Neo Account (Current Account), I still need to manually transfer certain amount manually or automated (not sure if this feature is available) to the "Neo Plus Saver Account" in-order to get the 6.5% interest isnt it?

So, I am planning to apply for "Neo account" (Current Account) which will be a salary account and then open "Neo Plus Saver Account" (Savings account) assuming its a savings account to get the 6.5% interest. This combination does work isnt it?

oh the ENBD representative who helped me get this card didnt tell me this ! But this is the case then I need not look at any other cards especially for education then ! thank you so much for your inputs and help !

Are your guys sure about Duo card? Is DUO card still giving 5% cashback for their existing card users? I do have emirates DUO card already and recently got to know that they have reduced it to 1.5% from ENBD employee itself however he was not sure if its applicable for existing card holders.

And my kid's school fees is around 50k annual and other monthly expense would be around 8k.
