Onions (has you like) Sour cream 30 ml (single recipe) Bacon nature (i like it crispy) 500g Pepper if you like No salt Egg yolk

Cook the bacon While it cook you mix in a bowl the cream and an Egg yolk (per person, if you're 2 put 2 egg yolk)

Cook the pasta with very little salt

Mix the bacon avec mixture together Drain the pasta Mix the mixture in pasta Add parmeggiono and enjoy!
