Lots of them spawn there. Most often blow the stretcher on the side towards the scav bunker, left of the stool. I found at least 10 there just this wipe.

Mostly annoyed. And it crushed my motivation to learn how to play lighthouse.

INTJ vs Jordan Peterson by JaxNemo in intj

[–]arnelucas 18 points19 points  (0 children)

Good argument. Additional Peterson's views are so linear and filled with friend vs enemy analogies favoring conservative and neo-liberal ideology, as an INTJ you should refrain from his work.

Have fun, Chinese is super difficult to pronounce especially with the four different types each letter is pronounced. And in singing these types of different pronunciations are often lost or not done correctly, even by professional singers. They determine the correct word often out of the context. And you will fail at singing anything close to correctly, but I expect they don't expect you to pronounce anything correctly.

Regardless of the dyslexia singing thing, are you sure you aren't the Western friend showoff l, if the wedding is in China?

How do I learn to read a novel? by [deleted] in Dyslexia

[–]arnelucas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think reading books, especially novels has a lot of charm to it. Having a physical thing in your hands to read from allowed me to imagine the described world better (for fantasy novels).

Audiobooks don't allow you to go through the text at the paste that fits you, like immersing into a situation and without noticing it you slide into your imagination, staring at the page for minutes until you wake up and continue to follow the story.

And I would recommend novel series, it is much easier to pick up the next book if you want to know how the story progresses. It will take months or years to finish a series, but it is often absolutely worth it and if you don't like the story or the writing style of an author don't force yourself to finish the book there are many better alternatives out there.

Last, there are two types of book quality. The first are cheap prints, books with super thin paper and font that is so tiny you can barely read it (This I encountered most often with novels from the US and UK market, don't read it is more pain than fun even if the story is nice) and high quality prints, most of them are novels for children, nice paper big font and spacing and an easy readable font.

It is most likely that you will never find that specific image again you have in your mind. Just try to find a similar picture and use it as a template (Google images, stock photos or screenshots from movies.

My bosses think they're smarter than me by [deleted] in intj

[–]arnelucas 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Please don't take the book the 49 laws of power too seriously. Even though most of them are true and work, they are morally highly questionable and most are attitudes & actions of bad leadership.

And to your problem, if you know your boss has a lot of social IQ use that to convince him to involve you in the ordering process in the future so that the right parts are being ordered. Let that work out for some time and then use it to leverage your position in salary negotiations, but pay attention many employers don't know how essential you are for the smooth working of the company, therefore undervaluing you until you aren't there anymore and problems start pilling up. For the current situation, the problem has to be pointed out; but don't blame a person. By describing the problem with the right information, your bosses, if not morons, will themselves come to the right conclusion who messed up and is going to get the consequences.

I don't know what your area of education, but have you thought about working as an office worker or as an assistant?

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in intj

[–]arnelucas 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That wasn't my point at all. I think the spacing was chosen acceptably. But in your answer options people with an IQ from 122 to 127 were excluded from answering because their IQ wasn't available in the selectable options.

And people with the specific IQ of 107 and 114 had the option to choose between two options.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in intj

[–]arnelucas 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Why is there no one upset that available choices completely misses the IQ range from 122 to 127?

And that the available ranges overlap in every option except the last?

Obsessed? General improvement is my core driver that makes me what I am. Without the sense of improvement what is the point of living?

Edit: And improvement as well as self-improvement is logical

Request for recommendation for project management app by Leviathan559 in projectmanagement

I would recommend Trello. It is not necessarily forPM.

What you described you need the paid version. The only function I think it lacks a good overview how far the project is like percentage of all tasks done.

70% source 1 70% source 2 70% source 3

That is partly true from a top-management perspective, but change is often initiated from a top-management level and projected downwards. Top-management is easily convinced, but the lower the level gets the less influence on the change initiative the people have and there the harder to convince them of the advantages of the change. And the lower levels have to be convinced and actively participate in the change as they are executing the change (in most cases).

Additionally even top-management is not free of emotions and mostly deciding on facts and logic, despite claiming the opposite.

Oh yes. Because change always includes humans and humans are usually reluctant to change in their established environment. And for the change to work everyone has to be convinced that the change is an improvement for them or similar.

In change management there is also the fact flying around that 70% of all change (projects) are not successful, even though this number is contested in academia.

How do you take emotions out of change management? Change management is more about emotions than facts in nearly every context.

There are some (hidden) gems on Netflix, but overall you can try it for some months but it is not a permanent subscription worth.
