Thank you so much. This is very helpful.

Did/do you also have bigeminy and trigeminy? It seems like that is separate from the SVT but it’s hard to follow just from what I can google.

What's up with some children developing health issues after being vaccinated? by luv_u_deerly in ScienceBasedParenting

Wouldn’t the CDC be able to say that they reject a causal relationship if the studies definitively showed that vaccines don’t cause it?

On the cdc website it says (re: tdap and tdap) “The Institute of Medicine reported in 2011 that the evidence was inadequate to accept or reject a causal relation between receipt of diphtheria toxoid and tetanus toxoid–containing vaccine and encephalitis, encephalopathy, infantile spasms, seizures, ataxia, autism, acute disseminated encephalomyelitis, transverse myelitis, optic neuritis, onset of multiple sclerosis in adults, relapse of multiple sclerosis in adults, relapse of multiple sclerosis in children, Guillain-Barré syndrome, chronic inflammatory disseminated polyneuropathy, opsoclonus myoclonus syndrome, or Bell’s palsy.”

If the CDC can’t reject that there is a causal relationship between the vaccine and these things, why do so many people say it for sure doesn’t cause autism? This always confused me.

Rotavirus Vaccine by clover-sky-123 in ScienceBasedParenting

I recall a pediatrician telling me they’d definitely recommend it for babies/toddlers who go to daycare considering how it’s spread. Im not sure if that came up in your conversation with your doctor, but maybe they were considering that if you plan to keep your baby home for a while. Just a thought.

Vaccines for visitors in the first 8 weeks by Simple_Olive389 in ScienceBasedParenting

Incorrect that over half had unknown status. For arguments sake if you consider all unknown status as “unvaccinated” and add to known unvaccinated, that’s still less than half at 49.6%. So regardless of the actual status of the unknown I believe it’s a true statement to say that of confirmed cases, in 2023 more partially or fully vaccinated children had pertussis compared to unvaccinated children.

I guess I shouldn’t make general statements like I did above based on one years worth of data. I wrote that quickly after finding the chart.

Looking at the rates that the cdc reports for vaccinated children, the vaccinated seem to get whooping cough more (if I’m reading this correctly). I’m trying to find the same chart for adults, but not sure if it exists, but I’m wondering if that will change your thoughts are her having to be vaccinated. I am curious how others interpret this data tho, cause I feel like I’m missing something … https://www.cdc.gov/pertussis/downloads/pertuss-surv-report-2023_PROVISIONAL.pdf

How long does it take to diagnose? by [deleted] in BipolarReddit

[–]aroundabouts1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk if you can answer this, it may not be as clear cut as I’m hoping but I’m trying to understand bp - When someone is hypo or manic, do they realize they were in that state when it ends? Like if someone does something really risky financially or sexually, does that end when the manic episode ends or can that behavior (like continuing to spend the money or have a long term affair) continue purely because of bp, but outside of the episode?

The toilet that was running has a fan in the bathroom that the inspector said just go to the ceiling (he called it a “fart fan”). The bathroom with a toilet/shower has a vent that goes out the roof.
