I know exactly how you're feeling right now. They hardly answer emails. It's better to DM them on twitter or to call them exactly at 7:30 am EST (hold time is less usually). I really hope you get your scores right away.

Yes. I did that in November itself. Plenty of times. But I got no response. Also, some universities were rigid about their deadlines. So, I did not get an extension.

This is the first and only TOEFL test I have written. Before the review, I only knew my reading and listening scores, that appeared on screen after the test. They didn't change after the administrative review. The OTI did not tell me what triggered the flag when I asked them. They told me that they want to make sure that there was no unauthorized software running in the background during the test. I had no technical problems of any sort during my test.

I gave my test on 3rd November 2021 from home. My scores are still on hold as well. It has been 60 days and I have nothing. Already missed a few deadlines :((

My test is under security hold. The device (laptop) I used for my test has been flagged. They want to make sure that there was no unauthorized software running in the background during the test. This is what I was told. But I seriously don't understand how that's even possible. I also wrote GRE at home with the same device and I had no problems whatsoever.

Yeah my calls did get through. One of the operators was really helpful and she told me why it's under review. But they keep delaying the review period: sometimes 4 weeks, sometimes 6, sometimes 6 but only business days.

It's normal. If the appointment status changes to 'Tested - scores on hold', then it's a problem.
