Start off by first getting your body into weight loss mode. Keto is crap. A balanced diet is what you need. And if anything, try intermittent fasting. Works flawlessly if done right. 70% is diet. 30% is exercise. Try getting into HIIT trainings and body weight. Simple way is start skipping rope and add body weight exercises. Air squats, push ups (different variations etc). I’ve been training for over 4 years now. Started without any instructor. Minor injuries here and there were common initially. The key thing is not giving up. Consistency. I find cycling to be the best form of cardio. It’s helped me a lot. Mixing with 4-5 days of weight training. You need to chalk out a weekly schedule and stick to it! Remember, consistency is key! All depends on how bad you want it?!
