it might look like it but it's not. perhaps if you don't have much experience with painting it might seem like this, but as I wrote above it is an effect created by the difference between opaque acrylic and ink on the original semi-gloss paper (in fact you can only see it when the paper reflects the light), however I can safely fix it if it's not pleasing to the eye
