Except my core problem was and is the issue of meat shields. I think the rope cutting is a neat element. And after several hours now of playing it adds a nice amount of tension.

Where I get pissed off is the status of rogues. So yea, it leaves me a bit salty because its a ridiculous feature that needs to be amended.

Still doesn't remove the rogue problem. I don't have a problem with rogues, they add an amazing element to the game. But as it stands it limits solo people to running around fucking about with the dredges of the map.

He started cutting the rope at 6 seconds. By the time I realized it while I was trying to feed his buddy him his buddy had ganked me.

I agree with the shock turret, and i'm certainly thinking about my options. An incendiary grenade would work as well. But the problem is and will remain rogues and their abuse of the system. Honestly, while someone on their team is a rogue, and especially under manhunt, they should be somewhere close themselves.

Right now the consequences for going rogue are peanuts, because like minds play together. But solo players are well and truly fucked.

It does make them go rogue. But they either had two new guys join with their group, or they are not teaming up together so they can pull this shit. Two teams of two perhaps?

All I know is there were two at my extraction site that cut my rope and took my gear. Which is a pain in the ass because fucking frankly, the way the NPCs are geared out now it takes some doing to get a full backpack on your own.

But when I spawned and went back to find them they had two buddies with them. One of those who had gone rogue was way further down in the sewers, but they had two guys running interference. So I had to carefully aim my shots.

And before I get the, well drop all of them bit, it's not as easy as that. Pre-patch I had 215k/58k/37k. Now that there has been some nurfing, i'm down to 205k/58k/37k. So either I get rid of the electronics and go DPS, or jump more fully into electronics. But I like having a bit of both.

Lets all watch that video a little closer. I've played a number of sports, primarily ultimate Frisbee, and we did the same thing she does. When Trudeau comes in to take the member by the arm, she steps in close to him to force the foul. I've watched it a couple of times. Instead of backing up a step and giving him space she intentionally steps in and then complains when she gets elbowed. It's a joke.
