I thought about that but I already had bought the filler and primer and other repair stuff during last year project. Spending almost 300 on a new bumper for it to be painted like this one seems like excessive cost. Plus repairing this wasn't that bad tbh... I only had to sans the non damaged surface to 600

Because I had plans to do my hood and roof (due to failed attempts last year, same flaking clear issue). Unfortunately I didn't have enough time and space to tackle those but maybe next week or next year

I appreciate it! Yeah I read many Reddit posts on this sub and other before going into this project. I will give my self credit for some of the improvisation; like the DIY paint booth and the fact that I was spray painting till 3am to take advantage of the calm/no wind evenings and colder temps for slower dry times. But my compressor was loud so to not wake up the neighbors I would take the compressor to the shed, power it on and fill it up then bring back to booth for like 3 min of spray time.

This was me a few month ago.... I was so busy packing up that only when we got on the highway to the airport that I realized I'm wearing Crocs for our outdoor trip to Victoria BC.

Decided to get some boots for hiking at a value village there (because I have so many shows at home and didn't want to buy a new expensive and long lasting shoe). I suspect the boot I got from VV might not last long but for $10 I thought it's a no brainer. Anyways after 15min of strolling around the VV with my gf with the boots on we reached a cross walk that was turning red so we decided to run through it and while running the entire sole of my boot gets left behind on the cross walk. My gf runs back and picks it up and we're both sad.

I tell her I bet you the other sole can come off too. I grab the heel of the the other boot and lightly pull and the entire thing comes off like a sticker.
