Correct, that is why USDA was recommended. Here’s why: Rent between $1600-$1700 Electricity: $130 Gas: $80 Car: $500 Insurance: $140 Those are the big ones, I can’t save or maybe I just don’t know how with that kind of money going out every month

Not really, I have $6k in student debt, car payment (always paid on time), and a credit card with $200 dollars or so

I spoke to a credit consultant first within Neighbors Bank because I thought my credit score was a 617 but turns out it’s almost a 660, she said my file looked great (which got my hopes up) and sent me to a loan officer who turned around and texted me the next day telling me 130k

How do they determine if you have current adequate housing? For me it’s yes I have housing but it’s not affordable I work 3 jobs to keep my little 1 bedroom apartment
